Responsible for providing structured analysis, evaluation and supporting the ambulatory EMR application in use in the primary care health centers. Assist on software testing, implementation and regular application upgrades. Trouble shooting and managing application issues list to resolution. Assist in tracking and performing projects tasks. Monitoring assigned tasks, collecting matrix data and completing progress reports. Assists in developing training materials, conducting end user EMR application training, developing policies and procedures for the use of the EMR. Responsible for maintaining security architecture.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Intermediate knowledge in multiple report writing applications (SQL server, Crystal report, etc.) and project management tools.
More than 3 years of related and progressive experience including project management, system analysis, documentation, training and support. Demonstrated experience in providing a leader role in the implementation and supporting hospital information systems. Participated in planning, implementing, testing and tracking multiple projects. |
