Responsible for providing computer-related training programs and application support to hospital staff. Develops computer training materials, aids and manuals. Assists with the implementation of new software packages. Responsible for serving as a liaison between the Information Resources department and other hospital departments. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Education, or related field. 4-5 years experience with computer training and development. Must have excellent organizational and problem solving skills, as well as outstanding oral and written communication skills. Ability to translate technical concepts into understandable terminology for non-technical personnel. Good interpersonal skills. |
