THE COMPANY: Direct Marketing Company

THE POSITION: The company is looking for a Manager of Training. Reporting to the VP of HR, the Manager of Training will be responsible for developing and implementing Company-wide training programs relating to ongoing skill development of employees at all levels of the organization in order to enhance performance of the company. The Manager will identify and source suitable training solutions with creative training designs and implement effective methods to educate, develop, and enhance employee performance.

THE LOCATION: Washington DC Metro Area (western suburb)

THE REQUIREMENTS: The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors Degree and 5+ years experience in the design, development and delivery of training focusing on company-wide training to improve the skills of all levels of employees and management. Business services industry experience required.
