Job Details:Position Summary: Responsible for technical telephone consultations and problem solving to multiple PC and network operating systems. Provide Help Desk intranet/Internet support for all departments. Acts as liaison to senior management, faculty staff and other users. Education & Training Required: Related Associates degree or related certification and experience. Experience Required: 3-4 years related experience in configuring Win 95/98 operating system, installing and troubleshooting software, configuring network connectivity from the desktop using Novell 4.x. 3+years in a helpdesk environment as both phone and desk-side support staff. Special Knowledge, Skills Abilities: Windows 3.1/95; MIS DOS; AIX; Novell 4.x; NT Server and/or NT desktop; Microsoft Office; PC Utilities; Some AS400 preferred.
